This Plan defines the Township of Tyingtown and Part of Phipps Canada Township with Part of Holman's Township and how much land Phipps Canada took from Tyingtown with the Addition of States Land to make up the Deficiency of Tyingtown which the Subscriber Judges to Be about Equal to such Deficiency of Tyingtown.
